Bicycle Express

  I just got a Marin bike from Bicycle Express. I was looking for a particular bike which was not available anywhere nearby. They were the only place who offered to call me back once it's in stock. Guess what! I did get a callback from them once the bike was in stock.

Once I reached there I noticed they were following all the COVID related protocols and limited entry to only two people at a time. The bike was ready for me, though I was in a rush they still insisted I take a test ride so they can make any adjustments I wanted. I felt there was some unusual noise. When I mentioned it to them they spent enough time between fixing and testing until first they and then I was satisfied even though it was a really busy hour for them with many people waiting to be serviced. The staff is super friendly, patient and had a smile on their face all along.

Event though I am about 15 miles away, they will be my preferred go to bike shop in the valley for any of my bike related needs.

  Chuck was great as well as the folks I HAVE NOT MET "YET". I shipped my daughter a bike to the shop, they had I'd put back together and tuned up 1 day she is super pumped and ready to ride

  Got new tires and tubes installed on my road bike. I left the bike sitting for weeks and when I finally went to ride it one of the tubes was flat. I brought my bike back in to Bicycle Express and they replaced the tube for me free of charge. Was happy they did not try and blame me for the tube being flat. I am happy to support businesses that are stand by their products and have trust in their customers.

These guys are honest, fast and reliable. And they fix all what need to be fixed, not other stuff.

  Haven't been here for awhile but out of all the bike shops I've been around in SJ, these guys know what they're doing. I've been going here since 2012 and they never fail to completely satisfy whatever work I need on my bike. Very kind and super helpful/knowledgeable.
